For your convenience, we’ve created these PA Hire packages to reflect some of the most commonly requested items from our range of equipment. As with everything at Cairns Corporate PA Hire, we’ve done this in an attempt to make your hire a hassle free experience. With that in mind all of the packages below include all the cables, stands and batteries you will need to have an operational PA system and/or lighting solution.
All PA hire and lighting packages hired from Cairns Corporate PA Hire include service and delivery within our standard delivery area. If these packages do not meet your needs, please contact us for more information about customising or creating your own system to suit your needs from our full range of equipment and an obligation free quote.
Beach Wedding PA Hire Package
The Beach Wedding PA hire package includes everything you will need for a ready to operate PA system where no power supply is available. We recommend this package for beach weddings and outdoor ceremonies where you need a portable audio setup that doesn’t require mains power. This package is ideal for wedding ceremonies, speeches and playing music. The Beach Wedding PA hire package is ultra portable making it perfect for intimate beach and outdoor weddings, parties and other events.

Presentation Package
The Presentation package is perfect for those that want to hold a presentation or business meeting and includes both audio and projection equipment. We recommend this package for small to medium sized gatherings where you need clear audio and a crisp image. The wireless microphone and bright Epson projector provides a professional look and feel without blowing the budget.

Bronze PA Hire Package
The Bronze PA hire package contains everything you will need for a ready to operate PA system. We recommend this package for functions and events catering for up to 100 guests in a small to medium sized venue. It is best suited to speeches, playing music or even karaoke. Perfect for wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions, engagement parties, parties in general, meetings as well as many other occasions.

Silver PA Hire Package
The Silver PA hire package contains everything you will need for a ready to operate PA system with lights. We recommend this package for functions and events such as weddings, parties catering for up to 100 guests in a small to medium sized venue, particularly when you want a dance floor. It is best suited to speeches, playing music or even karaoke.

Gold Audio Visual Hire Package
The Gold AV hire package contains a ready to operate PA system, your choice of six lights from our range, as well as a quality Epson projector and screen combo. We recommend this package for functions and events such as weddings, parties with up to 100 guests in an indoor venue (though larger speakers can be used for larger audiences), especially if you have a dance floor. It can handle music, speeches, live performers, and the projector and screen provide a great way to entertain your guests with a photo slideshow or presentation!

Musician’s PA Hire Package
The Musician’s PA Hire Package contains a high powered Yamaha PA system with powerful 15 inch speakers. This package is great for musicians, or for those who want some serious firepower for their event, whether it is inside or outside. The high quality system can handle instruments and voices extremely well and will also handle speeches, and/or playing music from your iPod in its sleep. Perfect for wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions (especially if it is a large event or you have musicians providing entertainment), bands, acoustic duos, DJ’s or if you’re having a big party and you want to get loud.

Power PA Hire Package (NEW)
The Power PA Hire Package boasts 16000 Watts of powered speakers. Suitable for large venues such as Fogarty Park.

The DJ Hire Package includes 2 X 15″ Powered speakers and stands, an 18″ Powered Subwoofer, Nuwmark Mixdesk Express and the 4 in 1 Multi Effect lighting system with sound activation modes.

Custom PA Hire / Lighting Hire Packages
